  • Our mission at Sleigh is to spread joy! We celebrate people by sending them free gifts.

    Thousands of people have already received free gifts from us and we’re just getting started. There are no strings attached. We don't trade or sell any data to third-party companies and never ask for your credit card information.

  • A few times a month we will announce a #SleighDay. On a #SleighDay, you will have the opportunity to enter to win a free gift!

    To get the email with the exclusive #SleighDay link, all you need to do is submit the form on our homepage (www.sleigh.co). Please note that you only need to do this one time.

    Once you complete that step, you will be emailed the link for all future #SleighDays unless you unsubscribe.

    Every #SleighDay will have a unique link that will only be accessible through the email that is sent to you on the day of the #SleighDay.

    1. You will receive an email with the exclusive link to enter the #SleighDay on the actual day of the #SleighDay

    2. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions

    3. All of the winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the #SleighDay

    There is a limited quantity of gifts per #SleighDay and the winners will be selected on a first come first serve basis.

    To guarantee the delivery of your gift in the event that you are a winner, we'll send you a verification email, a verification SMS to your mobile number, and a postcard to the shipping address you've provided with your unique verification code.

    Once you TEXT your verification code to the number provided in the postcard, you’re officially fully verified and we can send you your free gift!

    Failure to complete the whole verification process will result in forfeiture of your gift.

    Please note that you’re not considered fully verified until you have verified your email address, mobile number and shipping address. If you have already completed the verification process in the past and have not had a change in address, then you will NOT need to go through the verification process again.

  • Any individual aged 18 or above residing in the United States is qualified to enter to win a #Sleighday product upon completion of the verification process. To complete the verification process you must have a valid US mailing address. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to PO boxes.

  • If you’re a #SleighDay winner, your gift will be shipped shortly after you complete the verification process. Please note that if you do not complete the verification process, the next person in line will be offered a chance to claim the gift. This process will continue until all gifts are successfully claimed.

    If you requested a gift on our older website before we launched the #SleighDay giveaways and have not received it yet please reach out to us at [email protected]. The good news is that you can now receive even more free gifts by entering our #SleighDay giveaways! Remember that if your address is already verified you do not need to complete the verification process again if you are a #SleighDay winner.

  • If you’re address has changed just be sure to enter your new address when you enter the next #SleighDay!

    We will need to verify your new address and so we will send you a new verification postcard.

    When we launched we encountered some skepticism which we're happy to address. Transparency and trustworthiness are essential values for our brand.

    Here are the answers to some questions we have seen:

    Q: How does Sleigh.co make money?

    A: We began buying gifts using solely personal funds earned through our own hard work, aiming to spread as much joy as possible.

    After we launched in 2023, Sleigh quickly amassed a large number of Members and is continuing to grow today which is very exciting! To handle the substantial growth, in 2024 we also started to partner with businesses to help us continue to grow and reach as many people as possible.

    Q: Is Sleigh.co a brushing scam? Are you using my information to leave reviews for companies?

    A: No! We have never, and will never do anything to violate your trust. Any reviews left would be done by the Sleigh Member's own efforts. We do not require our Sleigh Member’s to do anything in exchange for receiving a free gift from us.

    Q: Does Sleigh.co sell personal information to third-party companies?

    A: No! The information we request from you is solely what we require to send you your gifts and to communicate with you throughout the process.

    Q: Is Sleigh.co a credit card scam?

    A: No! We do not ever ask you for any credit card information.

    Q: When I call the phone number in the address verification postcard, it says the phone number is disconnected.

    A: Since we utilize a texting service, it is not configured to receive calls. Kindly refrain from calling the number to verify your account, as this action will not update your verification status in our system.

    Q: Is your business registered in South Africa?

    A: No. Our legal name is Makana Technologies Inc. and we’re incorporated in Delaware, USA.

    We are aware of the existence of another business named Makana Technologies and Solutions registered in South Africa. However, please be advised that this entity is not associated with us in any way.
